Management Development Pathway

Competent management is at the heart of delivering Five Oceans' business objectives.

All Five Oceans managers, whether office or site based, are required to attain as a minimum:

NVQ level 4 in a construction related discipline

CSCS manager card

SMSTS (for those managing work on a construction site)

Managers are encouraged to continue their formal training in order to attain NVQ levels 5, 6 or 7 and progress to the Professional Development Pathway.
