Trainee Development

Joining Five Oceans as a trainee, apprentice or graduate, provides the individual with an opportunity to gain practical experience, alongside the completion of their studies, or preparation for progression to further development pathways.

Development opportunities:

NVQ or Cert HE in a construction related discipline

CSCS accreditation

Mentored practical work experience 

Five Oceans fully funds trainee development and affords trainees time out of the workplace to undertake their formal training.

Trainees are encouraged to identify a technician, management or professional development pathway as their next personal development step.
